By downloading, installing, or using English Practice Daily ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The App provides English-language practice exercises across CEFR levels (A1–C2) and a dedicated B2 First exam-preparation module. All exercise content, audio, and model answers across every CEFR level and Speaking Practice are free to access. AI-powered feedback (automated writing correction and speaking assessment) is a paid feature, available through the purchases described in Section 3.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All payments are processed exclusively through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The App never collects or stores your card details.
  • Two auto-renewing monthly subscriptions unlock AI-powered feedback, each limited to 5 AI feedback requests per day per user:
    • Bundle Monthly: unlocks AI writing correction and AI speaking assessment for all CEFR levels (A1–C2) and Speaking Practice.
    • B2First Monthly: unlocks the B2 First exam-preparation module content plus its own AI writing and speaking feedback.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the price shown in the listing at the time of purchase, until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled entirely by Google Play / App Store under their respective policies — the developer does not process refunds directly.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All exercises, audio, and images in the App are created by or licensed to the developer; no copyrighted third-party material is used without a license.
  • The B2 First Practice module is independent exam-preparation content. English Practice Daily is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in association with Cambridge Assessment English. "Cambridge" and "B2 First" are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to describe the exam format being practiced.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell App content.
  • Exercise content and AI feedback may be generated with AI assistance.
  • AI writing and speaking feedback is limited to 5 requests per day per user (see Section 3) to keep the service sustainable.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently removes your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Termination

The developer may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
